Our Family Medicine Clinic in Pembroke Pines was founded in 2007 by Doctor Hector Fabregas. Through the years, MediLife Center has grown due to the quality care that Dr. Fabregas gives his patients. Dr. Hector Fabregas is Family Medicine Board Certified and Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Trained.

Dr. Fabregas successfully completed a Family Medicine Residency at Louisiana State University as well as an extra year of training of a Fellowship Program of Geriatric Medicine in the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His medical education and experience makes him an excellent physician for your family's medical needs.
MediLife Center serves South Florida, as well as all members of their respective communities, all of their healthcare needs. Our office focuses on preventing health care providing a complete and comprehensive family medical care through a full assessment of multiple diseases, such as, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, metabolic disorders like diabetes, thyroid disease, obesity, etc. We also incorporate screening studies for prostate, breast, colon and cervix cancer. School and work physical, annual exams, preoperative assessments with risk factors evaluation, immunizations and life style modification programs are also part of Dr Fabregas Family Medicine Clinic. He is specializing in aging related areas, such as, common diseases and disorders that affect geriatric adults. Some of these include memory disorders and Alzheimer's prevention, diagnose and treatment of many kinds of bone diseases, functional decline and fall preventions ,balance and gait evaluation, urinary incontinence and treatment approaches, overmedication, depression and sleep disorder in the elderly. Nutritional Assessment, pressure ulcers prevention and treatment and guidelines for advance directives are also part of Geriatric Medicine implemented at MediLife Center.
