I have been in search for a new doctor in my area & I am so glad I came across Dr. Lopez. She, unlike other doctors listens to your concerns, provides thorough understanding of everything and what is needed to better the situation. I felt comfortable and not rushed to leave the room. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Lopez, also beautiful office - clean & her nurse Annie was so so sweet! Only negative is the front desk girl - needs to change her attitude and treat patients with more respect. Reason why, I arrived and she thought i was a current patient (i am new) and she basically told me walk to room 1- like where is room 1? Why was I not walked there - as im going to room 1 she than says wait your new patient, sat me outside to than fill out paperwork. If she was organized and prepared for patients of the day she would of known i was new and to do that from the second i walked in. Also, lead your patients- customer service is so important. I did not get her name but coming from a hospitality background, she needs to be better to work for such an excellent doctor.

Everyone at the Weston office is knowledgeable and friendly, from getting an appointment, reminders, to lab tests, and Dr Fabregas is great!

Mix up with appointment time. Confirmation messages (4-5 since Friday) state 11:30 -am. Phone call this am said 11:00 am.
