Ms Yul Lopez took the time to listen with the most interest of how I felt, my thoughts around my symptoms and clearly explained what each result in my lab test meant. From there, clearly explained pros and cons of med options and we decide together what the best course of action to take to initiate treatment, how it should be monitored by me, and when and how to provide feedback of my monitoring to identify together if corrections to the treatment need considering or not. Very pleased and satisfied. The correct way to treat patients and showing that a doctor appointment is not a race against time. Congrats!!
